Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and why — in plain language.

What we collect

Nothing personal by default. You can browse and download everything on PrintablePond without creating an account or giving us any information. If you choose to join our email list, we store your email address solely to send you the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which printables people love (page views, downloads, approximate region). This data is aggregated and never used to identify you.

Advertising

The site may display ads served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, and in some cases to show ads based on your previous visits to this or other sites. You can turn personalised advertising off at Google Ads Settings, and you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google's partner policy.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, plus those set by the advertising and analytics partners described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the printables will still download without them.

If you are in the UK, EU or Switzerland

Before any advertising or analytics cookie is set, you will be asked for your consent through a consent banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time. Where we process personal data — which for most visitors means no data at all — the lawful basis is your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, and your request for the newsletter if you subscribe. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

Our printables are loved by kids, but the website is intended to be used by parents, teachers, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

How long we keep things

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and removed within 30 days after that. Aggregate analytics counts are kept for up to 26 months and contain nothing that identifies a person. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone, and we have nothing to share about you unless you have given us your email address. To have your email address removed, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us and we will do it by hand.
